Do you provide advice over the website?
No. Our website is educational — guides, calculators, and general information. Individualized advice comes from a proper conversation where we can see your full situation. That's the standard for good financial practice, and it's how we work.
Is there any cost to the first conversation?
The initial conversation and written summary are no-cost and no-obligation. If we move into implementation, we'll discuss fees openly before any commitment — in writing, so there are no surprises.
I'm not ready to buy anything. Can I still ask questions?
Absolutely. Some of our most useful conversations are pure education: "is my current coverage enough?", "does it make sense to switch from X to Y?", "what would a plan even look like?" Come with exactly what's on your mind.
